The Little Rock City council approved spending $395,000 to tow the World War II-era fireboat USS Hoga from California to its maritime museum on the Arkansas River.
The Hoga survived the bombing of Pearl Harbor and will join the USS Razorback which was present for the Japanese surrender.
The Hoga is presently moored near San Francisco.
